Privacy policy

PineConnector stores your email, hashed password (or Google profile), webhook secret, license key, MT5 account number, broker/server names, Market Watch symbols, symbol mappings, and signal payloads. We do not collect MT5 passwords.

Signal logs are retained for at least 90 days for dispute resolution. You can rotate the webhook secret at any time. Contact support to request account deletion.
